Important Instructions Below:
 
Take orders from friends and family as usual on your enclosed order form.  No door to door sales.
Collect money at time of sale.  Checks to be made to Woodlake PTSA.
Be sure to add 25 cents to each item ordered to cover sales tax!

Then there are 3 options for placing your catalog orders…
Option 1:

• Visit  www.innisbrook.com
• Select “EZ” to enter your order
• Our school number is 112657
• Register your student
• Enter your order
• Print Voucher
• Return Voucher & payment to school in Money Collection Envelope
• Keep worksheet as a record of who ordered from you

Option 2:

• Call in your order to Innisbrook Customer Service 1-877-525-5608 and to register your student.

Option 3:

• Just turn in your completed order form along with money collected on or before 10/17/09

Out of town friends and family can go to www.innisbrook.com and support our school too. Please register your seller at EZ and then send the Innisbrook email with link for easy shopping options online to your friends and family. Our school code is 112657.
