On Saturday, Oct 22nd, thousands of Los Angeles area K-5th grade school children and parents ceremonially begin running/walking 26.2 miles in increments of ¼ to ½ mile at a time over six months, coloring in their Marathon Kids Running Logs©. They also are challenged to eat 26.2 days a month of 5-a-day fruits and veggies, coloring in their “Fuel Logs”. A list of After School Enrichment classes offered this fall was sent home today (sep-15) along with flyers for each class sign-up. The schedule of enrichment classes has been posted on the site here. The schedule includes classes organized by day, the room location and the duration of the class. The flyers were not provided as digital files so I need to scan and save them in order to post. But, I will update the schedule with links to the flyers as I complete them.
