Updated date and time: Tuesday, January 24 at 7pm, the Woodlake Parent Center will be hosting a Homework Discussion meeting. This meeting’s purpose is to explore the current homework situation at Woodlake, and decide if there is any need for changes. These possible changes can be made child by child, or perhaps changes could be suggested school-wide. It may be decided that there are no need for changes. Please join us in the Woodlake Parent Center, Room 24, tomorrow Tuesday, January 17th to talk. Children are welcome, because there is an area in the Parent Center for them to play. Many parents have varied and extremely valuable opinions. Please come to figure out a reasonable way to make suggestions regarding possible changes to Woodlake’s homework policy!! As a note: LAUSD does NOT require homework, but they do have suggestions and guidelines. Tuesday, Dec. 13 at 7pm in the Woodlake Parent Center Room 24.
